Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend using our size guide for the best fit.
As a general rule:
– Bottoms (leggings & shorts): most customers prefer to size down for a snug, sculpting fit
– Tops & crops: some prefer to size up for comfort, depending on bust and preference
What if I’m between sizes?
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing down, especially for leggings and shorts.
They’re designed to feel snug at first and mould to your body as you wear them.
Are your pieces true to size?
Yes, but fit preference varies.
If you like a tighter, sculpted feel → size down
If you prefer a more relaxed fit → stay true to size or size up (especially for tops)
How do the leggings fit length-wise?
They’re full length if you’re around 165cm or under.
If you’re taller or have longer legs, they’ll sit more like a 7/8.
If you’re unsure on sizing before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.
Product & Performance
Are your leggings squat-proof?
Yes, when worn in the correct size.
They’re made from a 260gsm fabric, so they’re thick enough to provide coverage while still feeling soft and breathable.
Do they stay up during workouts?
Yes. The waistband is designed to stay in place so you’re not constantly pulling them up mid-session.
Are your bras and crops supportive?
Our crops offer light to medium support.
Perfect for strength training, Pilates, yoga, walking, HIIT, and everyday wear.
If you have a larger bust, we wouldn’t recommend them for high-impact activities like running (yet).
What activities are they designed for?
Everything from workouts to real life.
Gym, Pilates, yoga, walking, travel, errands… these are pieces you’ll live in, not just train in.
Materials & Feel
What are your pieces made from?
Most of our pieces are made from 90% organic cotton and 10% elastane.
This gives you the softness and breathability of natural fibres, with just enough stretch to move and perform.
Are your fabrics breathable?
Yes. Natural fibres are breathable, soft on the skin, and designed for all-day comfort.
Are they sweat-wicking?
Not in the traditional sense.
Most “sweat-wicking” fabrics are chemically treated to hide sweat.
Because we focus on low-tox, natural materials, sweat may show… just as your body naturally releases it.
We like to think of it as a sign you actually trained.
Are your dyes low-tox?
Yes. We use OEKO-TEX® certified dyes, meaning they’re tested to be free from harmful levels of chemicals.
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our pieces are designed to feel soft, breathable, and gentle on the skin.
Many customers notice the difference immediately compared to synthetic activewear.

How should I wash my activewear?
Cold wash

Lay flat to dry
Can I use a dryer?
We don’t recommend it.
Heat can break down natural fibres and reduce the lifespan of your garments.
Will they lose shape over time?
With proper care, they’re designed to hold their shape well.
Because they’re made from natural fibres, they may behave slightly differently than synthetic fabrics over time.
Following care instructions will help maintain their fit and feel.
Pregnancy & Postpartum
Are these suitable for pregnancy or postpartum?
Many customers love them during this stage because they’re soft, stretchy, and non-restrictive.
That said, every body is different, so we recommend choosing what feels best for you.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship across New Zealand, Australia, and selected international locations.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and NZ public holidays).
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally offer free shipping during promotions or over a certain order value.
Check the website for current offers.
Shipping, Duties & Lost Parcels
We work with trusted international couriers to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: duties and taxes are non-refundable by ODAAT, including in the case of returns, exchanges, or lost parcels.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details to follow its journey. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or confirmed lost by the courier, please reach out to us at hello@odaatactive.com. We’ll work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund of your order.
While we’ll always do our best to support you, ODAAT is not responsible for delays caused by customs, or for duties and taxes charged by your country.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.
We recommend trying your pieces on gently to make sure they feel right before removing any tags.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
If your preferred size is no longer in stock, we’ll offer a refund instead.
What items can’t be returned?
– Worn items
– Items without tags attached
– Some sale items (final sale)
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@odaatactive.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Anything else I should know?
– All items are checked once returned to ensure they’re unworn and in original condition before any refund or exchange is approved
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
– We recommend using tracked shipping, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit
We want you to feel good in what you’ve ordered.
If something doesn’t fit quite right, you’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit, as long as it’s unworn and still has the tags on.
Please note: we do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing.

Why natural fibres over synthetics?
Natural fibres are breathable, softer on the skin, and typically require fewer chemical treatments than synthetic fabrics.
We choose organic cotton because it performs well for activewear and aligns with our low-tox approach.
What makes ODAAT different?
We don’t believe you should have to choose between performance and what feels right for your body.
Our pieces are made from natural fibres, low-tox dyes, and produced in small batches… creating activewear you can train in, live in, and feel good wearing.

Our fabrics are GOTS and OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they meet high international standards for safety and environmental responsibility.

We’re a New Zealand brand, and all pieces are designed here.
Our products are ethically manufactured with trusted partners in China who meet our quality and ethical standards.
Do you produce in small batches?
Yes. This helps reduce overproduction and keeps our process more intentional.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and secure payment options at checkout.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available and valid for 12 months.
Can I apply a discount code after purchase?
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and can’t be added after.
