Shipping Locations

We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia and most places in the world. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, sales, or pre-orders, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Timeframes and Tracking

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather events, or other factors outside our control. If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order may be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise stated. Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are indicative only and may change.
