ODAAT stands for one day at a time.
It’s more than a name.

Most activewear is made from synthetic, plastic-based fabrics.
Worn daily.
Sweated in.
Washed over and over again.
And for a long time, no one questioned it.
We did.
ODAAT exists to offer a better option.
Activewear made from organic cotton and low-tox dyes, designed to feel good on your body… not just perform.
Because if you care about what you put in your body, it makes sense to care about what you put on it too.
No plastic-heavy fabrics. No shortcuts.
We don’t use polyester or nylon-heavy blends in the way most activewear does.
Our pieces are made primarily from organic cotton, with just enough elastane to allow for movement and support.
That’s it.
No unnecessary coatings.
No chemical-heavy finishes.
No overcomplication.
Just breathable, natural fibres designed to move with you.
Why organic cotton
What you wear sits on your skin all day.
Especially when you’re training.
Organic cotton is softer, more breathable, and doesn’t rely on the same level of chemical processing as conventional synthetic fabrics.
It allows your body to move, breathe, and regulate naturally.
And beyond that, it supports better farming practices… reducing harmful chemicals in soil, water, and surrounding communities.
It’s a better choice for your body, and for the bigger picture.
