RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your pieces. Please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference, unless required by New Zealand law.

However, we may offer exchanges or store credit at our discretion, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags are attached

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return, please email us at hello@odaatactive.com within 14 days of receiving your order sharing why you would like to return it, and we will repair, replace or refund in line with the consumer guarantees act 1993. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your item arrives with a fault or develops a manufacturing issue, please contact us at hello@odaatactive.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos

We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the CGA.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. This includes pre-sale or any other promotion we run. 

Sale items are still covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act if faulty.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items without original tags

  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect care

How to Start a Return

Please email hello@odaatactive.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
