How do I choose the right size?
We recommend using our size guide, which includes measurements for waist, hips, and bust. If you’re between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort.
Are your pieces true to size?
Yes, our pieces are designed to be true to size. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, you may want to size up.
What if I’m between sizes?
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort - especially for leggings and fitted tops.
Are your leggings squat-proof?
Yes. Our leggings are designed to be squat-proof when worn in the correct size. The material is thick enough that it’s not see-through and are designed to stay up without slipping down.
Are your bras and crops supportive?
Our crops offer light-to-medium support, making them ideal for strength training, yoga, pilates, walking, HIIT training, and everyday wear. We wouldn’t recommend them – yet – for running if you’re a bigger busted lady.

FABRIC & CARE
What materials are your products made from?
Our pieces are made using premium, low-tox fabrics, with a strong focus on organic cotton, blended with stretch for comfort and performance.
Are your fabrics breathable and sweat-wicking?
Breathable - yes - natural fibres are soft on the skin, and designed for all-day comfort.
Sweat-wicking as most people know it, is a chemical process that material is treated with to prevent sweat from showing through the material. Because we are a low-tox brand, we focus on keeping materials as natural as possible, which means sweat may show up on your activewear when you sweat….just as nature intended. We like to think of it as a badge of honour when you exercise.
Are your dyes low-tox?
Yes. We use low-tox dyes and prioritise fabrics that are gentle on both your skin and the planet.
How do I care for my activewear?
We recommend cold washing, using mild detergent, and air drying to extend the life of your garments. To ensure your activewear lasts longer…we advise NOT using a dryer or iron.
Can I put my activewear in the dryer?
We recommend air-drying only, as heat can reduce the longevity of natural fibres.
Is this activewear suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our pieces are designed with sensitive skin in mind. We prioritise natural fibres and low-tox dyes, avoiding the heavy chemical finishes commonly used in synthetic activewear. Many customers find our fabric feels noticeably softer, more breathable, and gentler on the skin for all-day wear.
Will the fabric lose shape over time?
When cared for correctly, our garments are designed to hold their shape. We blend natural fibres with just the right amount of stretch to ensure structure, comfort, and longevity. In saying that, natural fibres do behave differently than synthetics so may begin to lose shape over time. Following our care instructions (cold wash and air dry) will help your pieces maintain their shape and fit for longer.
Is this suitable for pregnancy or postpartum?
Many customers find our pieces comfortable during pregnancy and postpartum due to their softness, stretch, and non-restrictive feel. That said, bodies change uniquely during this time, so we recommend choosing what feels best for you. Our activewear is not designed as medical or maternity wear, but comfort and ease of movement are core to every piece.
Why are natural fibres better than synthetics?
Natural fibres are breathable, gentle on the skin, and generally require fewer chemical treatments than fully synthetic fabrics. They help regulate temperature, feel softer against the body, and align with a more conscious approach to clothing - prioritising both personal wellbeing and reduced environmental impact. We focus on organic cotton for most of our products because of the way it performs for activewear and how it aligns with our low tox goals.
What makes your brand different from other activewear brands?
We don’t believe activewear should come at the expense of your health, comfort, or values. Our pieces are thoughtfully designed using natural fibres, low-tox dyes, and small-batch production - combining performance, softness, and style without the heavy reliance on plastics. We create activewear you can move in, live in, and feel good wearing - physically and consciously.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia and most places in the world.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days, not including weekends and New Zealand public holidays. We’ll ship to you as quickly as possible but shipping times will vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched and on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available during promotions or for orders over a certain amount. Check our website for current offers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with tags attached, and if the request is made within 14 days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, exchanges are subject to stock availability.
What items are non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned. Sale items may also be final sale.

Where are your products made?
Our products are ethically produced by trusted partners who align with our quality and ethical standards. We’re a New Zealand brand, all our products are designed in New Zealand, and we searched around the world high and low for the best fabrics that met our standards, and are as economical as possible for you, our beautiful customer, and have formed a partnership with our incredible manufacturers in China.
Do you produce in small batches?Yes. We intentionally produce in small batches to reduce waste and overproduction
