When will I get my order?
We ship within 1 - 3 business days of placing your order, from our warehouse in Auckland. Depending on where you live with determine how long it takes to arrive.
Exchanges and Returns
We want you to feel good in what you’ve ordered.
If something doesn’t fit quite right, you’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or store credit, as long as it’s unworn and still has the tags on.
Please note: we do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing.
We recommend trying your pieces on gently to make sure they feel right before removing any tags.
